Port Jefferson’s Memphis Crawl Find Their Groove

After more than 10 years of playing local bars, annual festivals and music venues across Long Island, Memphis Crawl is finally having their moment:

With charismatic lead singer, Matty “Soulman” O’Brien, D.W. Stevens on guitar, drummer Boom Boom Vincenti, bassist Kannabis Keith and, their newest addition, East Hampton keyboardist Magic Jack Marshall, Memphis Crawl has elevated their sound and begun a steady climb toward rock ’n’ roll greatness.

The band released two singles this year, and each one has a music video; they’re recording a new album, touring the country, befriending and playing with rock royalty and gaining adoring fans wherever they perform.

Bayside Returning to Looney Tunes on Tuesday 9/26

Bayside is an a punk rock band from Bayside, Queens. You can catch them live at Looney Tunes this week:

The band consists of lead vocalist/guitarist Anthony Raneri, lead guitarist Jack O’Shea, bassist Nick Ghanbarian, and drummer Chris Guglielmo.

Since their formation, the band has released seven full-length albums, with their debut, Sirens and Condolences, in 2004, and the release of 2005′s follow-up, Bayside, launching the band into mainstream success. Bayside released four more albums: The Walking Wounded (2007), Shudder (2008), Killing Time (2011), and Cult (2014), which peaked at #24 on the US Billboard charts.

Long Island’s “Internal Bleeding” Releases New Video

September 18, 2018:


The Long Island band will be releasing their sixth full-length album, “Corrupting Influence”, on October 19 via Unique Leader Records.

The video for their song “Focus” was shot at three different locations on Long Island.

The nine-track album was produced by the band alongside Joe Cincotta at Full Force Studios (SUFFOCATION, DEHUMANIZED) in Ronkonkoma. It was engineered by Cincotta, and features artwork by guitarist Chris Pervelis.

Every song on “Corrupting Influence” shows the bands absolute dedication to their craft and demonstrates exactly why the band has been at the forefront of the death metal underground for more than twenty years.

The Sixties Show Coming to Bay Street Theater

The Bay Street Theater announced the return of The Sixties Show on October 12 and October 13.

Tickets are $35 in advance and $45 on the day of the event. Tickets are on sale now at baystreet.org or by calling the Box Office at 631-725-9500.

The Sixties Show, based in New York City, has been described as “The Greatest 1960’s Musical Re-Creation Show in the World.” The show features some big-time players, including former band members for Bob Dylan, Ray Charles, James Brown, and The Kinks and current members of legendary multi-platinum pop superstars The Smithereens.

The members of The Sixties Show were also hand-picked to perform and record with Sir Paul McCartney, The Beach Boys, Brian Wilson, The Bee Gees, Mick Jagger, Bruce Springsteen and other legends and individually have performed at the most renown venues in the world such a Madison Square Garden, The Hollywood Bowl, Wembley Stadium, The Grand Rex in Paris, The Budokan in Tokyo and others.
